Iwil be honest with you, last year around this time Iwas very very il and in hospital.During my absence of several months one of my co-
workers took over my job for purchasing. He accidentally ordered from another company tubes we once tried out years back but quality
was poor to average that is why Iswitched to you. This last year shipment was packed very poorly in insufficient quality wooden boxes and
we had a damaged of s 10.00o of missing tubes, additional transpot and hiring a 3d party forunloading.see attached picture of how they
arrived
Instead of wrapping your competitor used insufficient packaging materials whereby your competitor says it is the fault of the
container/transport company but they say the manufacturer used wrong packaging materials leaving me in between with financial loss
Instructions have been sent out to everyone that tubes are only to be ordered from Ioich and no one else
